Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
